I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, but they looked smaller than in the photos. The service was excellent, with kind and smiling staff, even though they couldn't accommodate our late check-out request. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Santa's village nearby. The dining options were good, offering a variety of dishes. The facilities were pleasant overall.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean with a nice touch of 'northern lights' LED lighting and very comfortable, plus the breakfast had a large variety of foods. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was just perfect for exploring the area, and the dining experience was great. My only minor issue was with the price compared to the value for money.
